InfiniRoute Networks Inc., provider of managed VoIP peering services for wireline and wireless carriers, said today it has signed an agreement with Telefonica International Wholesale Services to provide aggregated VoIP traffic to Telefonica Wholesale Operations.

InfiniRoute will serve its aggregated traffic to Telefonica Wholesale fixed-line and wireless voice traffic. It also will provide a single point of interconnect, via its managed platform at its New York hub, for Telefonica Wholesale IP-to-IP and TDM-to-IP calls.

As a part of the agreement, InfiniRoute will work with Telefonica Wholesale to monitor traffic to ensure call quality and call volumes on Telefonica Wholesale networks.

The deal also gives Telefonica Wholesale access to InfiniRoute’s Tier 1 fixed and wireless carrier customers.
