ILD Telecommunications Inc. said Tuesday it has acquired certain assets of facilities-based carrier Andiamo Telecom LLC for an undisclosed sum.

ILD said the acquisition helps broaden the companys outsourced services reach into the international marketplace. San Luis Obispo, Calif.-based Andiamo Telecom serves international and domestic clientele.

Privately held Andiamo Telecoms operator services call center division will be integrated with ILDs existing Outsourced Services division, which serves communications carriers, hospitality providers and telecommunications aggregators. ILD will retain Andiamos sales management personnel.

The combination of ILDs domestic infrastructure with Andiamos overseas partnerships is expected to establish a productive international sales channel in the next fiscal year, ILD said.
