Grandstream’s GXE502x is a voice, video, fax, data communication solution for the small to medium-sized business, especially companies with fewer than 30 seats per location.
“Grandstream is pleased that our All-in-One GXE502x and MegaPath’s network have achieved interoperability. We believe that this announcement will open a host of opportunities to the value-added resellers and small-to-medium-sized businesses located across the U.S.,” says David Li, CEO of Grandstream Networks. “We look forward to working closely with MegaPath to provide a competitive turnkey solution to small-to-medium-sized businesses.”
MegaPath’s fully managed Duet service is a low-cost, high-speed Internet and voice service bundle for SMBs. Duet leverages MegaPath’s all-optical MPLS nationwide network. The service is delivered over a private circuit, so that voice traffic never touches the Internet and is prioritized over data traffic. The MegaPath Duet service is available in traditional analog, PRI and SIP trunking.
“[B]y combining the new Grandstream IP PBX, customers can extend the flexibility of our Duet SIP Trunking service and reduce costs by converging all of their critical business functions over a single Internet connection,” said Beth Tyebjee, senior vice president of marketing at MegaPath.
