“Today, our customers want to migrate their voice and collaboration needs to the cloud,” said Ken Arndt, Frontier’s executive vice president of commercial sales. “Frontier AnyWare lets customers manage their business with a flexible, scalable, mobile and affordable collaboration solution powered by Frontier’s cloud. With Frontier AnyWare’s mobile app, businesses can focus on their customers without managing a complex communications infrastructure.”

AnyWare UCaaS is built on Frontier’s redundant data centers for high availability and powered by Frontier’s low-latency data network for business continuity and deployment flexibility. The platform allows a company to become mobile-centric, providing the flexibility necessary to operate across iOS, Android, PC and Mac applications on a variety of devices, according to Frontier.

The service platform features a monthly subscription rate and can accommodate the various types of users a business may have, the company said.

Leased phones and equipment allow companies to adopt new technologies “without worry that features will become outdated,” according to Frontier.

“Frontier AnyWare makes the transition to cloud-based communications customizable, cost-effective, and is ideal for a growing business,” Arndt said. “It operates on any broadband and data network; and when combined with Frontier Ethernet and high-speed solutions, the benefits are greater. We’ve optimized the solution to eliminate the upfront cost of investing in and maintaining on-premises PBX systems.”
