Ron Dunworth, president and CEO for ADVODA Communications, a master agent based in Colorado, announced today the promotion of Hilary Fox to the position of president and COO. Fox, a co-founder of ADVODA, will be taking over tactical business operations effective Jan. 1, 2013. Dunworth will continue as CEO where his efforts will be centered on strategic initiatives.

According to ADVODA, this change at the top of the organization will allow them to begin the next phase of growth as a company. Dunworth and Fox founded the business in 2002 based upon a model to deliver a high degree of customer and agent support. They combined their technical knowledge with their desire to create excellent customer experiences. This led to the development of system tools used in evaluating and implementing communications services which has been the foundation of their success.

Dunworth will focus at a strategic level on creating initiatives for growth with vendors, agent partners and customers and maintain control of corporate finance. As president and COO, Fox will take responsibility for the tactical business elements with the sales, operations and accounting, all reporting to her.

All staff will currently remain at ADVODAs headquarters in Greenwood Village, Colo.
