In its 14th acquisition, Evolve IP is buying the assets of Advanced Integrated Technologies (AiTech), a cloud communications provider based in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

For the last 10 years, AiTech has provided clients with UC, IP phone systems and data services using Broadsoft’s, now Cisco’s UCaaS platform. With the acquisition, AiTech clients will gain immediate access to Evolve IP’s OSSmosis cloud management portal, and Clearlogin identity and access management authentication service.

Additionally, AiTech clients will be able to adopt the Evolve Contact Suite contact center.

Evolve IP’s Don Mennig

Don Mennig, Evolve IP’s executive vice president of global marketing, tells Channel Partners AiTech has decades of experience and a “great presence in the upper Midwest” and partners will “benefit from our local presence and AiTech’s well-respected regional channel sales team.”

AiTech has a strong channel program and its partners will continue to have the same points of contact and relationships they did before the acquisition, Mennig said. In the coming weeks, they also will be able to take full advantage of Evolve IP’s partner program benefits, including education, its partner portal and co-branded marketing campaigns, he said.

“Over the last few years, Evolve IP has completed several intellectual property acquisitions that we integrated with our own IP,” he said. “The result is that today Evolve IP is the only company that can deliver, host and seamlessly integrate cloud communications, an omnichannel contact center, cloud computing, and identity and access management for midmarket and enterprise businesses. For a partner, this presents a truly unique value proposition since Evolve IP clients typically start with one or two services, and quickly add two or three more. Our partners also love that we up-sell and cross-sell on their behalf as new services and features from these acquisitions become available.”

Evolve IP said it can integrate and customize a wide range of cloud computing solutions for AiTech clients, improving their IT efficiency. Integrated cloud computing services include: DRaaS, DaaS, Microsoft’s Office 365, MDM, RMM, ITaaS and IaaS.

“We are incredibly happy to be joining Evolve IP and for the opportunities it provides our associates, clients and partners,” said Greg Lohrenz, AiTech’s CEO and founder. “Evolve IP’s OneCloud platform, with contact center, cloud computing, and identity and access management solutions, fits perfectly with our clients’ push to the cloud and with our partners’ desire to provide even more services to their base of customers. We’re looking forward to driving tremendous growth in the Midwest with Evolve IP.”

Evolve IP provides cloud services to more than 1,900 enterprises and more than 420,000 users in virtually every industry.
