VoIP switching equipment provider sentitO Networks announced today at COMPTEL that wholesale carrier ETN Singapore has selected sentitO to deliver wholesale network and subscriber based voice-over-broadband services (VoB).

ETN will deploy sentitOs new ONX System 3, its IP switching and service delivery tool, to provide seamless and secure delivery of VoIP services in Singapore before rolling out sentitO systems into its markets in the Philippines, Vietnam, Pakistan and South Africa.

ETN Singapore is one of Asias fastest-growing wholesale telecommunications carriers deploying advanced VoIP and TDM technologies to its carrier customers. ETN chose sentitOs ONX System 3 in September after a nine-month test and evaluation process featuring several vendors.

Each ONX System 3 system features sentitOs Intelligent Voice Gateway, Proxy 7 signaling gateway, and PreVision Network Manager, providing ETN Singapore with TDM-IP conversion, secure SS7-SIP inter-working and call control functions required for delivery of advanced IP services.
