In the Oct. 22 article, TNCI Estate Seeks to Recoup Some Agent Commissions in Bankruptcy Case, Channel Partners misidentified Scott Armstrong and Josh Ploude, former employees of  Trans National Communications Inc.,  as agents for the company from whom the estate is seeking to recoup monies paid  in the three months leading up to its Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing on Oct. 9, 2011.

Armstrong  formerly was vice president of sales and Ploude was director of network architecture for TNCI.
