ConvergeOne on Monday launched a new collaboration with Avaya for Cloud Office.

ConvergeOne Cloud Experience (C1CX) with Avaya Cloud Office expands the company’s midmarket portfolio. Customers can simplify management of their communication system and get the full suite of collaboration features in a single application.

Avaya Cloud Office by RingCentral allows workforces to meet, share and collaborate no matter where they are. It enables voice calls, team messaging, meetings, video conferencing, file sharing and more. It’s available to partners and agents.

The new C1CX offer includes the full RingCentral UCaaS suite combined with Avaya technology, services and migration capabilities.
