Cisco Announces Partner Award Winners

To recognize the performance of its top global and theater channel partners in 2008, Cisco Systems Inc. (CSCO) recently unveiled its Partner Summit award winners.

The 19 global honorees were selected from more than 60,000 Cisco channel partners worldwide for their outstanding performance in 2008. Thirteen were recognized for global excellence, and six for excellence in a specific geographic region.

The Cisco Partner Summit global award winners are:

  • Collaboration Partner of the Year: ECCOM Network System Co. Ltd

  • Solution Innovation Partner of the Year: Saga d.o.o.

  • Enterprise Partner of the Year: Deutsche Telekom AG

  • Services Partner of the Year: Datametrix AS

  • Technology Excellence Partner of the Year: INX Inc.

  • Technology Excellence Partner of the Year: Dimension Data

  • Technology Excellence Partner of the Year: Desca

  • Technology Excellence Partner of the Year: Fujitsu Ltd.

  • Service Provider Partner of the Year: Alphawest and Optus Business

  • SMB Partner of the Year: CDW Corp.

  • Public Sector Partner of the Year: NextiraOne Europe

  • Commercial/Mid-market Partner of the Year: LWCOM

  • Global Learning Partner of the Year: Global Knowledge Training LLC

  • Japan Partner of the Year: Net One Systems Co. Ltd.

  • Emerging Markets Partner of the Year: PromonLogicalis Latin America

  • Asia Pacific Partner of the Year: Datacraft Asia

  • U.S./Canada Partner of the Year: World Wide Technology Inc.

  • European Markets Partner of the Year: Dimension Data

  • Multi-theater Partner of the Year: EMC
