Cisco Announces New Telepresence Certifications for Partners
Cisco Systems Inc. (CSCO) will be issuing two new certifications, called Cisco TelePresence Solutions Specialist and Cisco TelePresence Installations Specialist, to partners hawking its telepresence products. The certifications are expected to be made available in the next few months.
Typically a job for Cisco’s own technicians, installation is being conducted by more and more channel partners due to a wider range of products being offered. Cisco is grandfathering in those partners already authorized to sell its TelePresence solutions into the new certifications.
