CenturyLink’s service lineup now includes Cisco BroadCloud Flex, which delivers a single collaboration experience that spans all modes of communication.

BroadCloud Flex delivered by CenturyLink allows users to move between phone conversations, messaging and meetings as discussions evolve, without interruption. The offering now is available to CenturyLink partners.

Garrett Gee, CenturyLink‘s senior vice president of indirect and alliances, tells Channel Partners that his company’s partners have access to “our simple, intelligent and highly agile suite of collaboration tools, which is now further strengthened” with the addition of Cisco BroadCloud Flex.

“Businesses across all segments are looking for solutions that allow for real-time and efficient collaboration, whether it is with employees, customers or another target audience,” he said. “There is tremendous opportunity for our channel partners to help customers transform their unified communications systems to enable and power collaboration leveraging chat and video.”

Cisco BroadCloud Flex provides a secure cloud-based calling platform with group features including unlimited subscriptions of auto-attendant and shared call appearances. It also includes Webex Teams with messaging, screen sharing, and audio and video conferencing, with the option to add Webex meetings for additional attendees.

Cisco Webex is a cognitive collaboration platform that integrates intelligence and context. Cisco multiplatform phones, headsets and video endpoints can be added as needed.
