CallTower has expanded its channel sales team with the hiring of two executives, previously with Nitel and Progress, to support strategic growth initiatives in the Southwest and Northeast.

CallTower’s Nick Amelang

Nick Amelang has been hired as CallTower’s channel director for Texas. He has more than 10 years of strategic channel experience and will be key to strategic growth plans in the Lone Star State. He has held key channel roles at Nitel and Hypercore Networks.

Charles Phaneuf, previously a business development representative at Progress, has been hired as channel specialist for the Northeast. With his strategic and multifaceted background, he will provide additional support in the Northeast region to boost growth.
