Former AT&T WorldNet VP Joins ITXC Corp.
ITXC Corp. (www.itxc.com) has announced that Tom
Shoemaker, former vice president of AT&T WorldNet Service, now is executive vice
president of business development for ITXC. He is responsible for both new service
development and mergers and acquisitions.

ITXC Chairman and CEO Tom Evslin held Shoemaker’s former position at AT&T WorldNet
prior to Shoemaker, who was a part of Evslin’s team that designed and launched WorldNet as
AT&T’s first Internet service. Before working with Evslin at AT&T, Shoemaker held
a number of business, technical and marketing positions in AT&T Business Services,
Bell Laboratories and Bell Communications Research.
Prior to his positions with AT&T, Shoemaker was president and CEO of Electric
Schoolhouse, a kindergarten through 12th grade Internet education company that provides
application and information services to parents, teachers, students and schools for use at
home and in the classroom.
