Sprint PCS president and COO Andrew Sukawaty has left the company to pursue other opportunities. Ronald T. LeMay, president and COO of Sprint Corp.
(www.sprint.com), will replace him on an interim basis.
Sukawaty, 44, acted as a consultant to LeMay for his last month with the company to assist in the transition process. Sukawaty has been with the company for four years and assumed his most recent position in December 1998 when Sprint acquired financial and management control of the joint venture between Sprint, Tele-Communications Inc.

Raleigh, N.C.-based BTI Telecom Corp.
(www.btitele.com), an integrated communications provider, has promoted Liz Crabill to vice president, associate general counsel. Crabill joined BTI as associate general counsel in 1997. Prior to that, she practiced law in the Raleigh office of Brooks, Pierce,
McLendon, Humphrey & Leonard LLP (www.brookspierce.com), where she represented
CLECs, IXCs and cable companies.

ITC^DeltaCom Inc. (www.itcdeltacom.com) has promoted Moss Crosby to vice president of marketing. Crosby has held a number of positions–most recently director of marketing–since joining the West Point, Ga.-based integrated telecommunications provider in 1993.

Pittsburgh-based RSL COM U.S.A.
(www.rslusa.com), a subsidiary of RSL Communications Ltd.
(www.rslcom.com), has promoted Patty Mazon to senior vice president and CFO.
Mazon, who will be responsible for all aspects of the company’s financial management, had been RSL COM U.S.A.’s vice president of finance. She joined RSL COM U.S.A. in 1998 when the
company acquired Westinghouse Communications.

CapRock Communications Corp. (www.caprock.com), a facilities-based integrated communications provider with headquarters in Dallas, has named Renee Devine vice president of product development to direct the strategic rollout, packaging and bundling of its voice and data services. CapRock also has named Phil Malone vice president of information technology operations, and promoted legal counsels Andrew Roberts and Michael Donohoe to share the newly created position of vice president of legal.
