Sprint PCS president and COO Andrew Sukawaty has left the company to pursue other opportunities. Ronald T. LeMay, president and COO of Sprint Corp.
(www.sprint.com), will replace him on an interim basis.
Sukawaty, 44, acted as a consultant to LeMay for his last month with the company to assist in the transition process. Sukawaty has been with the company for four years and assumed his most recent position in December 1998 when Sprint acquired financial and management control of the joint venture between Sprint, Tele-Communications Inc.

CLECs, IXCs and cable companies.
ITC^DeltaCom Inc. (www.itcdeltacom.com) has promoted Moss Crosby to vice president of marketing. Crosby has held a number of positions–most recently director of marketing–since joining the West Point, Ga.-based integrated telecommunications provider in 1993.

(www.rslcom.com), has promoted Patty Mazon to senior vice president and CFO.
Mazon, who will be responsible for all aspects of the company’s financial management, had been RSL COM U.S.A.’s vice president of finance. She joined RSL COM U.S.A. in 1998 when the
company acquired Westinghouse Communications.
CapRock Communications Corp.
