BSG Clearing Solutions North America LLC late last week closed on its $15.6 million purchase of third-party verification provider VoiceLog LLC.
The companies made the announcement on Monday.
VoiceLog founder Larry Leikin and his 30 employees now work for BSG, which specializes in clearing and settlement, as well as payment and financial risk management solutions for service providers, utilities and financial services companies. Leikin will serve as general manager of the TPV business for BSG.

BSG Clearing Solutions North America LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Billing Services Group Ltd.
