Broadvoice has launched B-hive for Salesforce, which connects B-hive’s cloud communications, collaboration and call center tools with Salesforce customer databases and workflows.

Broadvoice says B-hive for Salesforce allows SMBs to more effectively manage and communicate with their customers on the Salesforce platform. Built on the Salesforce platform, the app is available on the Salesforce AppExchange.

“Our partner community already is selling UCaaS with CRM integrations to their customer bases,” he said. “And now they can bring Broadvoice to the table on those opportunities. With Broadvoice, partners can take advantage of our dedicated support teams, hands-on approach to customer training, and our ability to be nimble in building cost-effective solutions. Additionally, partners that have existing customers on Broadvoice can upsell and earn more evergreen residual commissions with Broadvoice.”

Here’s our most recent list of new products and services that agents, VARs, MSPs and other partners offer.

The app supports a range of Salesforce subscriptions, including professional, enterprise, unlimited and performance plans.

Key Features

B-hive for Salesforce offers:

  • Inbound record matching, triggering screen pops with key customer information.

  • Monitoring of customer interactions with automated call recordings.

  • New record creation on demand.

  • Connecting with customers with click to call.

  • Automated call logging.

“Broadvoice specializes in communication solutions for SMBs,” Drumm said. “Many of our customers migrate from traditional PBX systems to the cloud. The impact of COVID-19 has created dispersed and hybrid workforces. The integration with B-hive and Salesforce makes it easier for small business customers to upgrade their CRMs and their communication platforms in a single solution. B-hive features such as call recording, inbound screen pop and call logs combined with the convenience of Salesforce workflows mean that teams can manage the customer experience without being in the office or buried in emails.”

There are several competitive advantages from the Broadvoice B-hive Salesforce integration, he said.

“We offer both call disposition and call recording features,” Drumm said. “While you can get one of those features on competitor platforms, it is harder to find both. Partners can build cost-effective solutions by leveraging call-path options, and can mix and match seat types. Plus, there’s no cost for integration.”

“We are excited that Broadvoice is innovating on AppExchange as they give businesses access to communications and call center features directly in Salesforce,” said Woodson Martin, general manager of Salesforce AppExchange. “AppExchange is constantly evolving to meet the needs of our customers, and we love watching our partners evolve alongside us.”

Salesforce AppExchange offers cloud, mobile, social, IoT, analytics and AI technologies for businesses.
