Netsapiens, the B2B provider of unified communications (UC) solutions for service providers, has initiated a new partnership with BCN, a technology solutions provider focused on multilocation, multiservice and multinetwork customers.

BCN will be using Netsapiens’ SNAPsolution platform, which includes UC and collaboration tools, to support the growth of its nationwide network of channel sales partners looking to meet the needs of enterprises moving past traditional time-division-multiplexing (TDM) voice services to IP-enabled solutions that include UCaaS.

“Empowering service providers to grow into new markets and profit is a key driver of Netsapiens’ business model,” said Jason Byrne, Netsapiens‘ senior vice president of products and marketing. “Service providers are moving toward active sessions-based platforms where they can disconnect their costs from their seats sold. Everything we do at Netsapiens just adds to the scalability inherent within our SNAPsolution platform. We are excited to support BCN as it works to capture more market share and expand its capabilities.”

We recently compiled a list of 20 top UCaaS providers offering products and services via channel partners.

According to Orbis Research, the global UCaaS market is expected to grow at 16% CAGR between 2019 and 2024. This trend is largely being driven by enterprise demand for new communication and collaboration technologies that can improve efficiency, reduce capital costs and scale with their growth, it said.

Delivered via the cloud, SNAPsolution offer a scalable delivery model coupled with voice and collaboration features that can be managed as a single solution. BCN said improving its reach into the UCaaS delivery market has been a top priority.

“At BCN, we  provide diverse solutions for our channel sales partners and the customers they represent,” said Julian Jacquez, BCN’s president and COO. “That means we need to be positioned to meet the growing demand for UCaaS and other IP-based voice services. Though we have been offering a Broadsoft-based solution for several years, we needed to enhance our service solution with breadth and flexibility in this shelf space. For us, Netsapiens’ SNAPsolution platform is a perfect product that helps us transition those using our TDM-based services to IP-based ones as they desire. In this way, we accomplish our ‘true north’ goal of providing an excellent experience for our customers, sales partners and employees. With a customer-focused approach, Netsapiens has already demonstrated itself to be a trusted partner, and we look forward to growing together.”
