BCN Telecom on Thursday announced that XO Communications’ Jay McClure has joined the company to strengthen its commitment to expanding its agent network.

BCN Telecom's Jay McClureMcClure was XO’s channel manager and was with that company since March 2010. As a member of BCN’s team of agent sales directors, he will serve select markets, providing direct support to its network of sales partners.

McClure will report to Michael Ginsburg, BCN’s vice president of sales.

“BCN Telecom has a proven track record of growth and commitment to the channel and I am very excited to be joining their team,” McClure said. “I look forward to bringing new relationships and opportunities to the organization, and supporting the expansion and implementation of the company’s corporate initiatives and strategies.”

BCN’s channel partners offer business customers voice, data, cloud and wireless services both domestically and internationally, utilizing the company’s carrier portfolio that includes more than 75 network partners.{ad}

BCN also named another XO alum to its executive team.

Jeanne Duca is the company’s new vice president of marketing. Partners will know her as the former head of the channel marketing team at XO.
