Avaya, which has been making a huge push into the cloud over the past year, recently unveiled a Cloud Transformation Program and an integration with Google Cloud.

Craig Galbraith recently sat down at the Channel Partners Conference & Expo with Steve Forcum, Avaya’s cloud technologist, to talk about those things and some of the pitfalls partners and customers want to avoid in their cloud transformations.
