Based on the RingCentral platform, AT&T Office@Hand brings mobile-first voice, video, online meetings, messaging and team collaboration capabilities to businesses and vertical sectors globally. RingCentral’s Marty Piombo

Marty Piombo, RingCentral’s vice president of strategic partnerships, tells Channel Partners that both AT&T and RingCentral partners now will be able to position AT&T Office@Hand as a lead offer for UCaaS, and AT&T Office@Hand can provide the “scalability and flexibility necessary for businesses of nearly any size and in many vertical sectors.”

“AT&T Office@Hand gives businesses another way to take advantage of AT&T edge-to-edge capabilities for effective cloud-based communication solutions,” he said. “In addition, the solution is ideal for businesses that require Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) compliance.”

AT&T Office@Hand also will feature enhanced integration with Microsoft Teams and will be a key piece in offers like AT&T SD-WAN and AT&T SD-WAN Now that optimize voice and video quality to enable enterprise deployments for distributed locations.

“We’ve had a great partnership with AT&T, and this expansion demonstrates how we’ve been able to work successfully with them from both a go-to-market and technology standpoint,” Piombo said. “They have had other solutions in the past and now are focused on AT&T Office@Hand.”

“Businesses, no matter the size, get better results when employees can communicate and collaborate freely and effectively wherever they are,” said Roman Pacewicz, AT&T Business’ chief product officer. “We’ve seen great success with the AT&T Office@Hand solution. Together with RingCentral, we’re able to deliver premium cloud-based communication solutions that help more businesses improve customer engagement, drive employee productivity and streamline operations.”
