CHANNEL PARTNERS EVOLUTION — AT&T on Monday announced availability of new cloud and mobility services to the partners in its primary channel programs.

The announcements were made during Channel Partners Evolution in Washington, D.C.

AT&T Collaborate, which includes instant messaging and presence, audio, video and Web conferencing, and content sharing, is now available via the AT&T Alliance Channel. Kevin Leonard, vice president of alternate channels, AT&T, told us that the new offering is a “tremendous growth opportunity for our solution providers, for their customers and our customers.”

“It allows customers to really streamline their communications, whether it be their voice or video communications, their instant messaging, their conferencing, into one offer that’s very flexible and simple to use,” he said. “You have solution providers from the very small firms to the truly large and integrated service providers, and it really applies to all of them. You can customize it to meet your customers’ business needs.”{ad}

In addition, AT&T announced that its Fleet Complete, a family of GPS-based tracking and management services that collect and send information between operations staff, mobile workers and fleet vehicles, is now available through the AT&T Partner Exchange.

“It truly is a complete portfolio of services that allows solution providers to collect and send vital information between operations, mobile workers and fleet vehicles, and they’re now able to have those differentiated conversations with their business customers,” said Meredith Caram, executive director of AT&T Partner Exchange.

Businesses of all sizes are having to adapt to a new mobile, connected world, and AT&T “brings that connectivity and the solution together to the market with our solution providers so that they can go to market faster,” she said.
