An 'EnGenius' Call to a New MSP Partner Program

By Edward Gately

Calling all MSPs, EnGenius Technologies wants you!

The provider of networking and telecommunications services on Tuesday announced the launch of a new partner program specifically designed to help MSPs “maximize their revenues, enhance their service offerings, improve customer support and increase their exposure to potential customers.”

Vicki Bilyeu, EnGenius’ channel marketing manager, tells Channel Partners the new program is “designed to attract new MSPs as it completes the value proposition for our partners.” The company is focused on wireless communications and radio frequency technology, delivering wireless communication technology for voice and data.

“The added backend support and incentives provided through the program elevates our relationship with the MSPs to a true partnership focused on helping them grow and prosper,” she said.

EnGenius currently has about 5,000 active partners, including installers, system integrators, ISPs, service providers and government contractors. It has multiple partner programs – EnPower Reseller Program, Elite Business Solutions Dealer Program and the new MSP Partner Program – each aimed at addressing the needs of individual partner categories.

Features and benefits of the new program include: a special financing option, perpetual rebates, a trade-in program, business development funds, deal registration, an advanced replacement policy, an MPS hotline, and free technical and management platform support and design services.

Certification trainings, an MSP locator and MSP partner logo also are offered in the program.

“The ongoing services and support that MSPs provide to their customers go far beyond just the sales and installation of networking solutions,” Bilyeu said. “Our new program provides our MSP partners with valuable features and benefits specifically designed to help them grow and enhance their service offerings, improve customer support and maximize their revenues.”

MSPs are playing an increasing role in the company’s growth plans, she said.

“Our Neutron Series of WLAN management solutions powered by ezMaster is seeing increasing adoption by MSPs because it provides them with a distributed network management platform that allows them to provide their customers with lower CapEx and OpEx,” Bilyeu said. “The powerful platform also provides MSPs with the ability to grow their service offerings and generate new revenue streams.”
