“I have been part of the incredible worldwide journey that has led us to converged voice, video and data for B2B, B2C and B2G,” James said. “At the center of this journey is the customer experience. And by ensuring the right systems and processes are in place, we can enable customer success. I am extremely happy to be joining a brilliant and successful company that focuses on growth based on exceptional customer and channel partner experience.”

James has extensive national and international experience. He’s worked in numerous telecommunications companies in Europe, LATAM, Asia, Australia, the Caribbean and the United States.

Here’s our list of channel people on the move in December.

Before AireSpring, he was TPx‘s senior vice president of customer experience. He played a key role in TPx’s evolution to becoming an MSP. This was a key factor in TPx growing its revenue and customer value.

James also held management positions at Nortel Networks, Sprint PCS, BellSouth Mobility, Optus Communications, Hong Kong Telephone, and Cable & Wireless.

Throughout his career, James has accumulated experience in sales, account management, technical support, customer care, marketing, installation and more.

AireSpring couldn’t be more pleased to welcome Mike to our executive team,” said Avi Lonstein, AireSpring’s CEO. “Our search for an expert in the field of customer experience, especially within telecommunications, could not have returned a better outcome. Mike is the perfect leader to take AireSpring to the next level in delighting our customers and channel partners with a world class experience.”
