The Agent Alliance announced Wednesday that it has added Exemplify Group as its newest Class A shareholder, bringing the number of members of the telecom and IT consortium to 18.

The Agent Alliance is a corporation owned by its solutions-provider members, which offer telecom and IT products and services, including voice services, convergence applications, conference calling, data services, Internet connectivity, Web hosting, new generation cloud services, broadband applications, VoIP, collaboration technologies and more.

Founded in 2002, Exemplify Group streamlines the selection, implementation and ongoing support of IT and telecom infrastructure and services for it business customers. Specifically it recommends voice, data and cloud solutions to meet the needs of its clients. CEO Robert Hayes will represent the company as part of the alliance.

The Agent Alliance had set recruitment as a top goal for 2013. This year it added  four companies. In addition to Exemplify, these include Avant Communications, Fostar Telecommunications and Cloud Taskforce.

Power said Exemplify represent the best-in-class in its segment and that its expertise in cloud solutions is a natural fit for the alliance.
