ADDS, MOVES & CHANGES

ECI Conference Call Services LLC has appointed R. Charles Mancini as president and CEO.
Graham Sampson, ECIs founder, will serve as chairman of the board and will
focus on shaping ECIs long-term growth strategies.

Prior to joining ECI, Mancini was CEO of Global Name Registry,
a domain name service in London, England. Before that, he held senior operating roles at Global Crossing
Ltd., including serving as senior vice president and general manager of the
companys GlobalCenter Europe Web hosting business. He also served in senior
financial management roles at Frontier Corp. (acquired by Global Crossing in
1999) and worked in financial advisory services at Coopers & Lybrand and at
SunTrust Banks.

Latitude Communications has
named Bill Odell vice president of marketing. An 18-year veteran of technology
marketing and sales, Odell was influential in building $35 million in revenue
for Latitude as its vice president of sales development. He joined the company
in 1996 as director of corporate marketing, leading events, public relations and
direct marketing until the completion of Latitudes initial public offering in
1999. Odell previously oversaw channel marketing at video conferencing pioneer
Compression Labs, where he developed new channels for an expanding line of
products. He began his technology marketing career in channel and product
marketing at Sun Microsystems.

Odell appointed Karyn Scott as director of marketing
communications. Scott, who has 18 years of experience in technology marketing,
came from Discreet, a division of AutoDesk, where she led marketing for
rich-media desktop video products. Previously, she founded and ran Trevi Media, which offered
tools and support for expert users of Macromedia products. Scott also lead marketing at Macromedia, where she focused on

named Todd Jacobson as its new vice president of product development. Jacobson will lead the AGT research and development team in
the continued development of products to advance, enhance usage and provide
ease-of-use for the conferencing industry. AGTs research group is working on software solutions in the
area of converged voice, video and data over IP.

chairman of Raindances board of directors and will remain on staff until the
end of the year to assist in the transition. Nicholas Cuccaro, the companys
CFO since March of 2001, was named interim president and CEO while the company
seeks Berberians successor.

My recent severe car accident in Hawaii has necessitated a
shift in my priorities, requiring me to dedicate my time to my family and our
recovery, said Berberia in a statement. While leaving Raindance is never something I anticipated, I
leave knowing Raindance is in great hands and believe that we are positioned to
deliver against our strategic goals. Nick is a superb leader; he helped
construct Raindances vision and has been instrumental in keeping our pace
with meeting business objectives.
