CallTower has hired Bryan Green, previously with Access One, as its new channel director of Illinois.

The new channel director has nearly 20 years of strategic channel experience and a record of leading business-growth initiatives. He was with Access One for more than 11 years and was its IT and cybersecurity advisor.

“I am thrilled to be joining an organization that delivers turnkey Cisco and Microsoft Teams UCaaS solutions — all tailored to meet the needs to today’s competitive global environment,” he said.

Prior to Access One, Green was national sales account executive with First Communications and Globalcom.

Green is the latest addition to CallTower’s channel team. Earlier this year, it expanded its channel sales team with the hiring of two executives, previously with Nitel and Progress, to support strategic growth initiatives in the Southwest and Northeast.

In October, CallTower began offering a native Microsoft Teams cloud contact center through Five9, its strategic partner. Five9 has integrated its Intelligent Cloud Contact Center platform with Microsoft Teams.
