Zenith Infotech's Senior VP of Finance (who also served as secretary and compliance officer) resigned from the company and exited on Aug. 31. A replacement has been named, effective Sept. 1, according to news reports out of India. The update comes as Zenith Infotech, a private cloud computing company that works with MSPs, continues to navigate a one-year-old bond payment default.
According to a news report out of India, Zenith Infotech informed the Bombay Stock Exchange:
- Mr. Kalyanasundaram Vaidyanathan has resigned as Senior Vice President (Finance) & Company Secretary and Compliance Officer and was relieved from the services of the Company on August 31, 2012; and
- Mr. Vinjamuri Govindaraja Chari has been appointed as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from September 01, 2012.
I've reached out to Zenith Infotech for potential comment about Vaidyanathan's departure. If we receipt updates I'll update this blog accordingly.
