N-able, NetEnrich Partner on Managed NOC, Help Desk Services

Ingram Micro Seismic veteran Justin Crotty arrives at NetEnrich in a few weeks. But in the meantime, the NOC (network operations center) specialist continues to sign new managed services partnerships. The latest example involves N-able Technologies launching MSP Supplemental Services, which leverage NetEnrich's NOC and help desk services. Here are some details.

N-able, an RMM (remote monitoring and management) specialist, has spent the past year or so introducing additional services for its MSP customer base. The effort includes a freemium endpoint security strategy as well as mid-market sales leads for MSPs. Next up, N-able's MSP Supplemental Services will allow MSPs to offer NOC and help desk services to end-customers.

Meanwhile, NetEnrich seems to be expanding its partner base as well. NetEnrich, you may recall, already partners with Ingram Micro Seismic to offer Global NOC services.

What's next for NetEnrich and N-able? NetEnrich is helping Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) with its so-called Arrow Fusion cloud services line of business -- including data center monitoring and management, help desk and business continuity services. Within the next few weeks, Ingram Micro Seismic veteran Justin Crotty is expected to join NetEnrich as senior VP and GM, building new relationships with a range of potential partners.

Meanwhile, N-able is set to host the annual N-able Partner Summit, October 20-22 in Scottsdale, Ariz.
