Intelisys Names ROI Communications 15th Platinum Partner

It's the first partner in the New England region to join Intelisys' elite club.

A new company has reached $1 million in monthly recurring revenue on behalf of Intelisys.

The California-based master agent/distributor announced Tuesday that ROI Communications is its newest platinum partner.

This is the first platinum partner in New England for Intelisys. ROI is based in Wrentham, Massachusetts, and has been an Intelisys since 2012. The master agent credited ROI for its variety of IT and telecom services that include, voice, colocation, storage, network design and cloud.

The partner has a reputation for “helping clients optimize their IT investments and network capabilities.”

ROI is the 15th partner to hit platinum – a status that affords the honoree special prominence in the Intelisys partner program and an expense-paid vacation for two of ROI’s leading executives. SMI Corp. hit the platinum mark in January, preceded by PeakView Communications.

“Our partnership with Intelisys has provided the protection, resources and support that have enabled ROI to design and implement best-in-class solutions at a competitive cost,” said Joe DeStefano, president of ROI Communications. “This achievement is won by the entire ROI team, who are so much more than just a team — we’re family. Without this group of incredible people, this milestone would not have been met. We have much to celebrate and new targets to hit.”

Intelisys most recently added contact center provider Talkdesk to its portfolio. It also teamed with mobility management company vMOX.
