Two Nevada managed service providers (MSPs) are working together to create the “leading technology services and innovation company” in the Silver State.

Las Vegas-based healthcare and business technology consultant Las Vegas Med I.T. (LVMedIT) and technology company Business Continuity Technologies (BCT) this week announced plans to merge and launch a new managed services business that will deliver “customized technology services and solutions in a digital age.”

“The synergy of our companies will provide clients and partners with a strong, stable relationship that will build upon the long-term stellar reputation of both companies for excellence in customer service and best-of-practice technology solutions,” LVMedIT President Leo Bletnitsky said in a prepared statement.

Bletnitsky added that the merger will provide the companies’ joint customers with better prices, along with many new services, including:

  • Industry-specific services

  • Project management support

  • Security services

And once the merger is complete, LVMedIT will use BCT’s existing infrastructure and name to serve its customers.

LVMedIT specializes in small and medium-sized business (SMB) technology services and consulting, while BCT is an integrated technology company that is focused on the delivery of managed technology services.

BCT CEO Lester Keizer told MSPmentor that he expects the merger between both companies to be complete within the next 90 days.
