LiveVox has unveiled "Four Clouds," a Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) risk mitigation suite.

Cloud contact center solutions provider LiveVox has unveiled “Four Clouds,” a Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) risk mitigation suite.

The company said it now can “provide contact centers with the ability to cost-effectively and rapidly optimize the trade-off between risk and efficiency for each business strategy.”

Four Clouds includes four independent dialing systems:

  • Automated

  • Human call initiator

  • Manual

  • Preview-all

LiveVox noted each dialing system is separated at both the hardware and software levels and is designed to address TCPA case-law concerns.

Each dialing system also is configured on-demand and offered as part of LiveVox’s contact center solutions at no additional cost.

“LiveVox’s Four Clouds … provides options that are available on-demand and do not require large investments in time and cost,” LiveVox Chief Marketing Officer John McNamara said in a prepared statement.

Four Clouds can help contact center agents become more efficient while maintaining even greater risk mitigation safeguards compared to traditional dialing technologies, LiveVox said.

McNamara pointed out the suite’s benefits include:

  • Compliance controls over all systems

  • LiveVox integrated core contact center functions within each system

  • Security and redundancy across all systems

“Regardless of where the compliance market shifts next, the key competitive advantage that this suite provides is the ability to have options ready to go and without sacrificing budget or other resources,” McNamara added.
