CTERA Unveils New Channel Program for MSPs, VARs
CTERA Networks has unveiled a new channel partner program to assist managed services providers (MSPs), value-added resellers (VAR) and distributor partners with delivering storage, file sharing, mobile collaboration and backup solutions to customers.
The Israel-based cloud storage services platform provider on Tuesday said the CTERA Cloud Accelerator Channel Program includes expanded channel sales support resources, formal technical training and certification, an online partner portal for training, lead sharing, deal registration and marketing funds.
“While CTERA has always been 100 percent focused on the channel, we now have a comprehensive offering to cover all of our partners’ go-to-market initiatives,” said Jeff Denworth, senior vice president of marketing at CTERA. “Our new Cloud Accelerator Channel Program is a comprehensive channel enablement vehicle that provides all the right resources to help our partners transition their businesses to the cloud opportunity.”

Denworth said CTERA redesigned its program to bring process, tools, marketing support and customer enablement to its channel partners. “Our goal is to enable and empower our partners to build a profitable cloud storage business with strong recurring revenues,” he said.
To further its efforts on partner enablement, CTERA has also increased its channel team 100 percent over the past six months to support new partner and customer demand, the company said.
“We continue to develop new resources to help our partners sell and provide services to their customers,” he said. “Going into 2015, our partners will be brought into an expanded technology ecosystem, they will be more self-sufficient, and we’ll roll out a cooperative marketing platform to engage customers and accelerate revenue capture.”
