M-Files Secures $36M Series B Investment Led by Partech Ventures. M-Files has added $36 million in a Series B funding round led by Partech Ventures, with participation from Finnish Industry Investment and Draper Esprit. The enterprise information management solutions provider said the funding will enable it to expand globally and accelerate its sales and marketing efforts.
GV Leads $30 Mln Series C for Skyport Systems. Skyport Systems has raised $30 million in a Series C funding round led by GV, with participation from Cisco Investments, Thomvest Ventures and other investors. The enterprise security platform provider said the funding will allow it to expand its sales and marketing teams and boost its research and development efforts.
Pieces Technologies Announces $21.6 Million Series A Funding. Pieces Technologies has officially launched with a $21.6 million Series A funding round led by Pacific Advantage Capital and Jump Capital, with participation from Children’s Health, Order of Saint Francis Healthcare System and other investors. The cloud-based health information software company said it will use the funding to explore ways to develop technology to help improve clinical and community health outcomes.
Striim Expands Series B Funding Round to $30 Million. Striim has added $10 million in funding from Atlantic Bridge Capital, increasing the total equity investment of its Series B funding round to $30 million. The company, which provides a data integration and intelligence platform, said it will use the funding to extend its reach into Europe.
FloQast Raises $6.5 Mln in Series A Funding. FloQast has secured $6.5 million in a Series A funding round led by Polaris Partners and Toba Capital, with participation from Amplify. The cloud-based accounting software provider noted the funding will allow it bolster its product development as well as expand its sales and marketing teams.
