3CLogic will allow current and future Microsoft Dynamics CRM users to leverage its contact center solutions to communicate with customers.

The Rockville, Maryland-based contact center solutions provider yesterday announced an integration that will provide enterprises with inbound, outbound and blended call center support while enabling them to simultaneously sync their operations and order management activities with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

“This integration will allow our existing customers to include Microsoft in their options for CRM. It also opens up all existing customers of Microsoft Dynamics to the use of 3CLogic for their communications needs,” Robert Killory, 3CLogic’s chief customer officer, told Talkin’ Cloud.

The new integration enables call center representatives to:

  • Access customer records

  • Monitor sales and inventory

  • Launch sales and marketing campaigns

Killory added he believes the integration will provide long-lasting value to both 3CLogic and Microsoft Dynamics CRM customers.

“As a major player within the CRM space, we are proud to have Microsoft as our latest strategic partner as we continue our collaborative approach to finding strong partners in each market segment,” Killory said in a prepared statement. “Our combined solutions simply make for a stronger value proposition to our mutual customer base and was a no-brainer.”

How will the integration impact customers?

3CLogic noted the integration is designed to provide customers with:

  • Enhanced business insights

  • Improved first-call resolutions

  • Unified customer experience

“[The integration] marks a continuation on our part to provide customers with a host of third-party integration options to allow them the luxury of picking the solution most suited to their business needs,” Killory said.

In addition to its partnership with Microsoft, 3CLogic has integrated with several customer service and marketing analytics software providers over the past few months.

3CLogic integrated with San Francisco-based customer service software development company Zendesk in June and marketing analytics and reporting platform provider Lime Light CRM in May.
