POTS replacement solutions, file storage and all manner of IT offerings hit the indirect sales channel last month.

Channel partners continue to gain a foothold as a favored go-to-market strategy for the technology vendor community. More and more suppliers of B2B information and communications technology (ICT) products and services tell Channel Futures they’re leaning on partners to deliver their offerings.

“We have a huge sales force on the direct side, but we can’t get to every market and every customer, and there are tremendous relationships within the [technology advisor] channel with customers, and a lot of times the MSPs and the VARs take our products and turn them into reality as they deliver them to the customer,” Michael Caralis, vice president of business markets for Verizon Business, told Channel Futures earlier this month.

Our latest roundup of new products and services features a diverse set of partners. The traditional IT side is well represented, with players like IBM, HPE and Cisco on this list. The technologies within that bucket included file storage and cloud application delivery.

The telco, or service provider, side of the channel also stands proudly on this list, although those vendors would point out that they’re not just doing telco. For example, Lumen added a cybersecurity solution.

On the cloud communications side, AI mania continued to envelope the contact center as a service (CCaaS) space, with 8×8 unveiling a new customer assistant.

Take a stroll through the 15 images above to see a smattering of new or updated telecom and IT offerings that channel partners can sell.
