Phillip Walker is working to usher in a new generation of design thinking in the managed IT world, lined up at transforming the experience for his partners and clients and creating an environment with the rarified level of curation and tactfulness in every step of their journey.

Phillip is the customer advocate leader for Network Solutions Provider (NSP), an MSP that pioneered IT optimization, and serves on its board of directors. Phillip provides tactical leadership in orchestrating and administering the deployment of managed services across all platforms and solutions for the company’s clients. He also played a key role in the continued development of strategic reseller and supplier relationships, ensuring flexibility in response to an increasingly demanding marketplace.

Phillip came to NSP with 15 years of experience in ICT and a solid base of methodologies in computer operations, problem management, project management, system analysis and technology planning and implementation. In 2020, he received numerous honors for his achievements at NSP, including Forbes Business Council member, CRN Tech Elite 250, CRN Solution Provider 500 and CRN MSP 500. In 2017 he was named the Los Angeles Business Journal IT Service Partner of the Year. He also takes an active role in social responsibility initiatives around the world.
