Sophos MSP Connect Includes Centralized Management Platform
Network and endpoint security provider Sophos debuted its MSP Connect partner program on Monday. The main draw of the program is a centralized management platform called Sophos Central that allows partners to manage all of their customer solutions through a single pane of glass.
Sophos Central also includes a dashboard called Sophos Central-Partner, which allows MSPs to distribute licenses, manage cross-sell opportunities, add new customers and view customer activity in real-time, according to the announcement. The dashboard can also be integrated with Professional Service Automation (PSA) Software.
The Sophos Central-Partner dashboard will enable MSPs to manage security for endpoint, mobile, network, email, web, wireless and data privacy solutions in a single pane of glass, which is absolutely essential when business owners and employees are working in and out of the office with multiple devices,” said Scott Barlow, vice president, global MSP, Sophos.
