As one source said, “I thought it sounded unwieldy for them to try to run business through the TSBs in the first place and assumed they would end up creating their own relationships with providers. I think for many of the TSBs that have invested significant resources in supporting Upstack from the start, the fact that Upstack has changed strategies and decided to pursue direct agreements with service providers has got to be hard for them to stomach.”
