ServiceNow’s Erica Volini
A longtime ServiceNow partner has joined the digital workflow provider.
Erica Volini sports the new role of senior vice president of global alliances and channel ecosystem go-to-market operations. Previously she led Deloitte Consulting’s global human capital practice. Deloitte holds elite partner status with ServiceNow.
Customer had been asking ServiceNow to leverage its partners more.
