“It’s interesting that when I talk to customers and tell them what I do, they are shocked and say, ‘Wow, I didn’t even now that existed.’ That’s something I think the channel should be trying to solve together, whether you’re a technology advisor, a vendor or a TSD. We should be trying together to bring awareness to this model. It shouldn’t be a matter of, ‘Do I buy from the channel or a direct rep?’ It should be, ‘Which person in the channel should I buy from?’ Because the customer is at a huge advantage working through a technology advisor.”
