Must Read Book (either business-related or not):
Petts: I really like, “The Five Dysfunctions of a Team,” by Patrick M. Lencioni from a business perspective, but also really enjoyed, “Losing My Virginity,” by Richard Branson.
The VAR Guy says: Both excellent choices. "The Five Disfunctions of a Team," by Patrick Lencioni, is a fictional tale of teamwork and collaboration that delves into some of the real-life problems facing employees in corporate environments. And for a lighter, (but still informative) read, Richard Branson's, "Losing My Virginity," is a detailed and interesting autobiographical look at one of one of the world's most interesting business gurus.
