Petts: I really like, “The Five Dysfunctions of a Team,” by Patrick M. Lencioni from a business perspective, but also really enjoyed, “Losing My Virginity,” by Richard Branson.

And for a lighter, (but still informative) read, Richard Branson's, "Losing My Virginity," is a detailed and interesting autobiographical look at one of one of the world's most interesting business gurus.
