Jim Whitehurst
Former IBM president Jim Whitehurst, who previously led Red Hat, stepped down in what many deemed to be a surprise move.
Whitehurst was president and CEO of Red Hat before IBM bought it. His departure is one of several changes among the top ranks at Big Blue.
Whitehurst remains a senior adviser to the company. He just this week joined the Tanium board of directors.
