MSP, agent and VAR partners can sell multiple new technology products and services.

Some of the largest vendors in the ICT channel unveiled new offerings in the last month. IT management software company Kaseya unveiled two new features that MSP customers can use, and Aruba expanded its Edge Services Platform, which VAR partners can resell. Windstream Enterprise launched a SASE offering. And VMware announced a new storage as a service offering.

Vendors continue to tap into the contact center as a service (CCaaS) market. 8×8 expanded its CCaaS offering with a new feature, and GoTo launched an SMB-focused platform. In addition, Alcatel-Lucent made Avaya’s CCaaS offering available to its customers.
