Check Point added code security with its latest acquisition.
The cybersecurity software provider is purchasing Spectral, which provides automated code security solutions. Those services include code scanning, hardcoded secrets detection and and source code leakage detection.
Check Point’s channel chief said the acquisition makes his company’s platform “the industry’s sole consolidated platform, for cloud, network, user, and now code security.”
