TACK: The moment we – as a company – decided to enable channel partners (e.g., VARs, MSPs, OEMs, etc.) to sell the Nomadesk technology, as opposed to a direct marketing play. It required building nifty private label capabilities in the Nomadesk software. What’s more, our software had to become storage agnostic, so it could easily be plugged into the existing datacenter infrastructures of our sales partners. I take great pride in the many deals we signed on the basis of this strategy change.
