Meet the Four Ps

Do you follow the four Ps — purpose, passion, perseverance and positivity — of leadership? If you don’t, you’ll only benefit by shifting to that mindset. That was the message from Bruce Wirt, executive vice president and chief revenue officer of Telesystem. Wirt delivered the keynote speech on Nov. 3 before the ChannelVision expo hall opened.

Here are some takeaways from Wirt’s talk:

“Put people in the best position … to win,” knowing that “you can’t motivate everybody the same way.”
