3. Diversity goes beyond acknowledging differences to being consciously inclusive of everyone
Teamwork is more than completing tasks and accomplishing goals. Each team member must behave in an inclusive way with colleagues — taking time to get to know each other, understand individual working styles, communications preferences and logistical challenges. When people can be themselves, they can produce their best work.
