1. Provide the right hardware and software
When someone with a disability is hired, they should be contacted to find out what equipment and accommodations they need. It could be a screen reader, a specialized keyboard, closed captioning, special headphones or other adapted equipment. So obviously, an up-to-date list of key contacts for obtaining specialized items should always be at the ready.
