New offerings in the Canadian portfolio include Cisco’s IronPort e-mail and Web security solutions, which are aimed at organizations looking for integrated and secure threat management solutions. IronPort provides an all-in-one solution, covering spam, viruses, malware and even data-loss prevention. Good news for partners: IronPort solutions are available now in Canada straight from Comstor.

Bigger picture? Westcon is quietly expanding its reach throughout the globe. Recently, the distributor also reached into Canada with HP through ArcSite, and also with Palo Alto.
